iOS is the operating system for iPhones, iPads and iPad Touches. This past September did not disappoint with the release of iOS 9.
Our next iPad class is coming up starting May 23 and runs for 7 or 8 sessions (session 8 is “as needed.”). Click on the Schedule tab for specific dates. All classes run from 10:15 am to 12:1 5 pm.
Maybe you bought a new iPad or received one as a gift. Maybe you received a hand-me-down iPad from one of your children or grandchildren. Want to know more about how to use it? Come to this class.
This course covers most everything about the iPad from the basics of the hardware and buttons. to various settings, screen layouts, app groups, notifications, the Apple store, Siri, the cameras, photos and videos, messaging, iBooks, email, Safari, contacts, Facetime, podcasts, music, iCloud Drive… and more.
This is a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device, i.e. iPad) class which will taught upstairs near the back of the library.
Please be sure your iPad is on the latest iOS 9 release and that it is fully charged before coming to class .
